Q&A with Sabrina – Defy’s Dynamite Instructor….also very Sassy!

Sabrina Newton is one of our amazing instructors at Defy. She is always up for a great time,  has amazing energy, and when you take her classes you will be laughing so hard you will not only forget you are getting a killer workout but you'll wonder "where did the time go?"
We had a Q and A with Sabrina. Check out what she said!:
1. I hear you started taking classes at Defy before you started teaching here. What inspired you to take classes at Defy?
I did start taking classes first. I saw the Bodhi online and thought…way cool. I have to try this, I had never seen it before. I walked into the wonderful positive atmosphere at Defy and took one Bodhi class….I was hooked. And then the combo of Spin (which I have taught for years all over the country) with the Bodhi! Love the sweat of spin with the sweet touch of the Bohdi!
2. What do you love best about teaching at Defy?
The people! Shannon and Laura are amazing inspiring owners. They are always open to my feedback and they have created a studio where there is so much positiveness and love for the clients. I love to teach and go to work, it makes me happy!! And to surround yourself with wonderful instructors that are happy and skilled is the icing on the studio's cake.
3. what do you do when you're not in the studio?
I run around and take care of my kids Sophia (15) and Lucas (13). They keep me on my toes constantly with their school activities and outside club sports. I am basically just their chauffeur/Uber. Well, until Sophia get her driver's license on September 1. I also love playing tennis at NBTC, that's a bit of an obsession as well.  I also love to paddle board with my husband Danny and dog Champ! And we love to travel to visit friends in all the places we have lived.
We are so grateful to have Sabrina as part of our Defy Family. She brings her amazing spirit to every class. If you haven't taken a class yet - what are you waiting for?? Grab a Bodhi, get in the saddle and get ready to be mesmerized!
